Dr. Emmanuela N. Truli is Lecturer of Civil Law at the Athens University for Economics and Business. Until December 2013 she was Commissioner-Rapporteur of the Hellenic Competition Commission. Previously, and since 2006 when she joined the authority.

Dr. Niki Gotsopoulou was born in Patras (1973). She is married to Kyriakos Babasidis and she is mother of a little boy. She studied Law at the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace (1991-1995)..

Vicky Giakoumi has studied Law at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.  Thereafter she attended postgraduate studies and has obtained an LLM in business law & economics at Panteion University, as well as a second LLM in specialized public law at National Kapodistrian University & University of Bordeaux Montesquieu IV.

Born in 1971 she was admitted to the Greek Bar in 1995. Her native languages are Greek and German, she is fluent in English (spoken and written) and has a good working knowledge of Turkish. She earned her law degree from the Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany in 1992 and continued her postgraduate studies on ‘Art and Law’ at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz, Austria.
